Today we went and visited Uncle Alex and Auntie Charisse. They live in Stone (it's a bit north) and Noah had a million and one questions he wanted to to know the answer to. You see, he had it in his head that we were really far up north. He asked questions like: "Do they all work down mines up here?" and, "Is it true that everyone has gravy on every meal?" We were slightly concerned about his stereotyping at such an early age. but entertained his questions anyway.
"Yes and yes," we said.
We had a lovely lunch of pasties and bovril. Then uncle Alex entertained Noah for a bit.
Then, being the irresponsible uncles and aunties that they are, they forcefed Noah his second favourite: mini magnums. The only thing he like more is a fully grown magnum. To add a little context to this video, Cheryl had just wolfed down her mini magnum in 4 seconds flat. It was like she was trying to beat a world record.
Then when we nearly got home we saw a woman with really short legs (not a dwarf though). Today was a good day.
